Grierson Design Management is a consultancy dedicated to the successful planning and implementation of graphic design and branding programs. We call ourselves a design management company because we're project managers, not designers. We take responsibility for harnessing and managing all the resources needed to get a job done - including designers, manufacturers and installers - as well as taking care of issues like strategic planning, briefing, budgeting, stakeholder coordination and reporting. Our role is to make design work. We smooth the process for designers so they can come up with the best creative solutions, and we make sure clients get what they need at a price they can afford.
