GPinfo Online GPinfo Online is an online database of petroleum exploration information for Australia, Papua New Guinea and New Zealand. The site is an initiative of Encom Petroleum Information (Encom PI), the leading supplier of data to the Australasian petroleum exploration industry. The site offers web-based access to the database using a simple and intuitive interface, and is available exclusively to corporate subscribers to the GPinfo service. The site was originally developed by Encom PI and a specialist database developer. In 2002, Grierson* was called in to update the graphics, layout and other cosmetic aspects of the site, to bring them into line with the rest of the GPinfo brand. Services provided:

Encom Technology Encom Technology is a leading developer of specialist software tools for the exploration and geoscience industries. Their innovative products and expert services are regularly used in exploration projects across the globe. This site was built in 2001, using an HTML-creation database and template system developed for this project by Grierson*. This allowed the large number of pages to be created from scratch in a short period of time, and ensured strong consistency right across the site. Since that time, the database has been used by Encom’s staff to maintain the site in-house. Services provided:
